1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:30 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and additional charges.

Important Timing Policy: To ensure rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for every guest:

• Guests arriving before 5:00 AM will be charged for the previous night's stay, regardless of the time of arrival.
• Guests checking out after 5:00 PM will be charged for the next night's stay, regardless of the actual duration of occupancy.
• Arrivals between 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and departures between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM, may be accommodated subject to availability and applicable charges.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. Guest Registration

For the safety and security of all guests, every adult guest is required to present a valid Government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in, in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Enjoy the Peaceful Atmosphere

Basant Niwas is known for its calm and serene environment.

We request all guests to:

• Keep noise to a minimum.
• Avoid loud conversations, music, or gatherings.
• Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Your consideration helps create a relaxing experience for everyone.

4. Visitors

To ensure the privacy and safety of our guests:

• Visitors are welcome only with prior approval from the management.
• Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted.

5. No Smoking Indoors

For the comfort and well-being of all guests:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.
• If available, please use designated outdoor smoking areas.

6. Responsible Behaviour

We request all guests to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

Illegal activities, gambling, possession or use of prohibited substances, or any behaviour that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited.

7. Pets

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted at the property.

8. Caring for Our Home

Please treat the rooms, furniture, and facilities with the same care you would your own home.

Guests may be held responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

9. Help Us Keep Basant Niwas Beautiful

Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by:

• Using the dustbins provided.
• Keeping rooms and common areas tidy.
• Avoiding littering anywhere on the property.

10. Safety & Security

For everyone's safety:

• Keep your room locked whenever you leave.
• Switch off lights, fans, air-conditioners, geysers, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. While we strive to maintain a secure environment, Basant Niwas Boutique Homestay cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal valuables.

11. Parking

Parking is available for guests, subject to availability.

While reasonable care is taken, vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of their owners.

12. Complimentary Wi-Fi

High-Speed AirFiber Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

We kindly request that it be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

13. Respect for Everyone

Kindness and mutual respect are at the heart of Basant Niwas.

We ask all guests to be courteous to fellow guests, our staff, and our neighbours.

Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, offensive, or disruptive may result in the stay being discontinued without refund.

14. Need Assistance?

If you need anything during your stay—whether it's housekeeping, maintenance, local guidance, or emergency assistance—please don't hesitate to contact us.

15. Management Policy

To ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests, Basant Niwas Boutique Homestay reserves the right to:

• Refuse admission where appropriate.
• Decline or discontinue accommodation in case of violation of these House Rules.
• Recover the cost of any damage caused to the property.
• Update these House Rules whenever necessary.
